These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) set forth the terms between Southley Technology Limited (the “Company”) and users (the “Users”) regarding the use of any services or features provided under the name of the Company (the “Service”).
“App” means the application software designed for smartphones and/or tablet computers that is provided by the Company for the Service.
Users must agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Minors may only use the Service with the consent of a legal guardian, such as a parent.
Matters not specified in these Terms are governed by the Company’s general policies.
All rights related to the App and the Service (including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, and patents) are retained by the Company or licensed third parties.
The Company grants Users the right to use the Service as long as they comply with these Terms and any other conditions described within the Service. This right is non-transferable and non-sub-licensable.
If the App is deleted from a device, usage history and associated rights may be lost and cannot be transferred to another device.
The Company may provide advertisements within the Service, either for its own offerings or those of third parties.
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Service at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
The Company places the utmost importance on protecting Users’ privacy and takes appropriate security measures.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
The Service may include or link to other services or content provided by the Company, which may be governed by additional terms.
The Service may also include or link to services provided by external partners. The Company is not responsible for the content or terms of such third-party services.
Users shall not engage in any of the following:
Violating laws, regulations, or court rulings.
Disrupting public order or morals.
Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of the Company or third parties.
Posting violent, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful content.
Spreading false information or impersonating others.
Using the Service for harassment, stalking, or inappropriate solicitation.
Associating with or benefiting anti-social organizations.
Illegally collecting or sharing others’ personal data.
Interfering with the Service’s technical infrastructure or exploiting vulnerabilities.
Making excessive, disruptive inquiries to the Company.
Assisting or encouraging any of the acts above or other inappropriate behaviors as determined by the Company.
Users are responsible for how they use the Service and the outcomes. They are also responsible for backing up their own data, including photos or videos. The Company does not guarantee proper data storage on user devices.
The Company may suspend or terminate access to the Service without notice if Users violate these Terms.
Users agree to compensate the Company for any damages (including legal fees) resulting from their misuse of the Service or claims by third parties.
The Company provides the Service “as is” and does not guarantee its stability, accuracy, usefulness, or security.
The Company is not liable for any damage Users may suffer through the use of the Service.
Even if liability is recognized, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages. Direct damages are limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service in the month when the issue occurred.
The Company may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance. Users are encouraged to review these Terms regularly.
